Agricultural heritage and tradition in Pakistan

How we began

A legacy built on the soil of Punjab

Al-Jannat Enterprises was founded with a single conviction: that Pakistan's agricultural sector, one of the most productive in Asia, deserved partners who understood both its deep traditions and its untapped potential.

What began as a regional land cultivation and crop management operation has grown into a diversified agricultural enterprise spanning seven service verticals — from livestock breeding and agricultural research to import/export facilitation and rural healthcare.

Through every phase of growth, our founding principle has remained unchanged: serve the farmer first. Every service we offer, every partnership we build, and every investment we make is measured against that standard.

What drives us

Modernising agriculture without losing its soul

Our mission is to accelerate the transformation of Pakistan's agricultural sector by delivering integrated services that increase productivity, reduce risk, and improve livelihoods — while preserving the land and communities that make it all possible.

Modern agricultural innovation in Pakistan

What we stand for

Our core values

Stewardship

We treat every acre of land and every farming relationship as a long-term responsibility, not a short-term transaction.

Innovation

We actively seek out and apply the best agricultural science, technology, and practices from Pakistan and around the world.

Partnership

We succeed when our clients succeed. Our business model is built on shared outcomes, not one-sided contracts.

Integrity

We operate with transparency in every dealing — with farmers, landowners, government bodies, and international partners.

Community

Agriculture is not just an industry — it is the backbone of rural Pakistan. We invest in the communities that sustain it.

Sustainability

We take the long view on land health, water use, and environmental impact, because the next generation of farmers depends on it.

The people behind the work

Experienced across every dimension of agriculture

Our team brings together agronomists, livestock specialists, trade experts, researchers, and business strategists — united by a shared commitment to Pakistan's agricultural future.

Chaudhary Javed Iqbal

Founder

With over 35 years in Punjab Forest Department, Orient Match Swedish Company and agricultural enterprise development, our esteemed founder Ch. Javed Iqbal founded Al-Jannat Enterprises to bridge the gap between traditional farming and modern agribusiness.

His decades of service in the Punjab Forest Department gave him an unmatched understanding of Pakistan's land, ecology, and rural communities — knowledge that continues to shape every decision Al-Jannat Enterprises makes.

His tenure with Orient Match Swedish Company broadened his perspective to international standards of quality and enterprise, bringing a global outlook to a deeply local mission.

Ch. Javed Iqbal's vision is simple but profound: that Pakistan's farmers deserve the same access to expertise, technology, and markets as any agricultural producer in the world — and that building that access is a responsibility, not just a business.

Agronomy Division

Crop & Soil Sciences

Our agronomy team includes certified crop advisors and soil scientists who work directly with partner farms on yield optimisation, land health programs, and seasonal crop planning. Drawing on the latest advances in soil science, precision agriculture, and integrated pest management, our agronomists provide hands-on guidance at every stage of the growing cycle — from pre-season soil assessment and variety selection through to post-harvest analysis. Their work is grounded in field experience across Punjab's diverse cropping systems, and informed by ongoing research partnerships with agricultural universities and extension services. The result is practical, evidence-based advice that helps partner farms consistently improve yields while protecting the long-term health of their land.

Livestock Division

Breeding & Animal Health

Specialists in cattle, buffalo, and small ruminant breeding programs, with expertise in genetics, nutrition, and veterinary care.

Research & Insights

Agricultural Research

A dedicated research unit conducting field trials, market studies, and policy analysis to inform both our services and the broader sector.
